Get to Work

The new term began on Monday. As it is, I have two required courses and two courses applicable to my specialization. One, International Women, should be an interesting course to explore women’s issues globally, while my Globalization of Higher Ed course will be good for understanding how education changes with an ever-expanding global network. I look forward to the challenges each course puts forth.

As for health, I’ve been starting to count calories again while trying to make it to the gym more often. So far, so… just okay. I stayed out later than expected tonight, so early morning yoga may be a no-go again. Zumba on Friday? I’ll see.

I have a tumbling class, too, this term. More to come on that, but it’s fun so far.

I have been thinking a lot about what it means to surround yourself with good people. Many things populate my brain right now. I’ll try to make sense of it soon enough.

Y’all should know I’m at least feeling pretty positive, as of late.

Anyway, that’s all for now.

Ramble on.
